# SubForge Studio — current preview

Website reference: Studio test source and verified application captures, 27 September 2026. Based on SubForge 1.16; not a new public release announcement.

- Design / Analyse / Build navigation and permanent design inspector.
- Blue-grey panels and turquoise interface accents; cyan response curves.
- Acoustic Load, Driver & T/S parameters, Driver count & wiring, Cabinet & construction, Ports & Tuning, Amplifier, DSP filters - PRO and Driver Appearance - PRO.
- Source voltage: 0.5–100 V RMS. Source resistance: 0–4 ohm.
- Estimated total power from DC resistance and wiring, before DSP; actual AC power varies with frequency and load impedance.
- High-pass and low-pass Butterworth slopes: 6, 12, 18 and 24 dB/oct. Parametric EQ controls frequency, Q and gain.
- SPL response, input impedance, cone excursion and linked frequency readouts including phase, port/PR and group delay.
- Project New/Open/Save/Save as, Undo/Redo and Recover session.
- Build: engineering checks, conceptual cut list and printable construction report. CSV simulation results are exported from the footer.

## Access

Account sign-in and online licence verification are required. Free covers single-driver sealed projects, driver data, graphs and project workflow. Basic adds other acoustic loads, multiple drivers, materials and advanced construction. Pro adds DSP, driver appearance and build/export tools. Input validation and excursion warnings are available in every edition.

Public registration, payments and a Windows download are not offered on this website. Existing local test packages are not a production account service.

## Limits

Small-signal simulations do not include thermal compression, large-signal behaviour, port turbulence or room/car acoustics. The cut list is conceptual; verify joints, cutouts, tolerances and hardware before manufacture.

The historical 1.16 notes describe an earlier Model-drawer interface and unlocked preview. Their access and layout statements do not apply to this Studio version.
