No additional voluntary guarantee

SubForge does not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee for software purchases or update extensions. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content, remain unaffected.

Withdrawal rights and digital delivery

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content, this right can end only when the applicable requirements for prior express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation are satisfied. Downloading or using the app alone is not treated by SubForge as a blanket waiver. Update services and defective content may have different legal rules. This policy does not replace those rights.

Paddle purchases

When sales open, Paddle will process orders as merchant of record. Requests are handled under Paddle’s refund policy and applicable law. Paddle may issue refunds under its own policy. Our absence of a voluntary guarantee does not override that policy.

How to request help

Contact support@subforge.studio with the purchase reference, date and account email, or use Paddle buyer support. Do not send passwords or card details. Explain whether you are reporting a technical problem, invoking withdrawal rights or asking about a billing error.

What happens to the licence

A full refund revokes the corresponding software purchase or update extension. Refunding an update extension preserves the original purchase and its eligible versions. A partial refund preserves rights; multiple partial refunds that together return the full purchase amount are treated as a full refund. These rules do not reduce your statutory remedies.

Payment disputes

A full chargeback temporarily suspends the corresponding purchase or update extension. If Paddle confirms that the original disputed adjustment has been reversed, the suspension is removed and the original rights are restored. A separate full refund remains final. Partial disputes do not suspend the entire licence.
